Insect Olfactory Receptor (iOR) Structure Database
Based on our iOR gene annotation results, large-scale structural predictions were conducted using alphafold3, and incomplete non-functional proteins were excluded.
- The insect odorant receptor is a protein featuring seven transmembrane domains. - The tetrameric ion channel is assembled with a stoichiometric ratio of one OR subunit to three ORco subunits (1:3).
